PHOTOCOPIES TAKEN FROM THE LOCAL NEWSPAPER.
This blog is for Brandon. He is serving a life sentence without the possibility of parole. He was denied his due process rights and he never received a fair trial, due to ineffective assistance of counsel as well as prosecutorial misconduct. He filed a petition for writ of habeas corpus, but he was time barred, meaning he did not file within the time limits so too bad if his fifth and sixth amendment rights were violated.
